- monitoring progress and offering on-going support.
- working with learning difficulties.
- working with educational partners
Social
In our experience young people social skills are limited and we use keywork sessions and role plays, as a means of improving this over a period of time by building confidence and self esteem. It is our role to support young people in having a good supportive network, which they could continue when they leave. Also, to enable young people to gain different life experiences through activities; clubs; social/cultural/religious events; personal interests and hobbies.
Training for Employment
Alpha Care Service will assist service users to access apprenticeships and voluntary work placements.
