Quality input positive outcome

Our experience has indicated that there is a gap in the care system where young people are not prepared for independent living effectively, which will have consequences on their accommodation and future.

It is our aim to prepare young people by providing practical, emotional and social skills in enabling young people to have the appropriate skills required for independent living.

We achieve this through Outcome Analysis, which is based on the five outcomes: Being Healthy; Staying Safe; Enjoying and Achieving; Making a Positive Contribution and Achiev- ing Economic Well-being. We have a quality assurance system that enables us to monitor the progress and share this with the social worker
